While You Are Waiting

for the next installment in the Luke series I thought I would share with you an oddity that has just come to my attention.

Yesterday my wife was given a pen. It is "blood" red and has, rather than an eraser, the representation of a dead body chalk outline.

The text on the pen reads: "We're dying for your business-- L.A. County Coroner's Office Gift Shop--Skeletons in the Closet"

The L.A. County Coroner's office has a gift shop. Who'd have thought?
